Return Policy
What shipping method do you use?
Vitalzym products: shipped with UPS and cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Organa products: Shipping varies on the size and fragility of the item purchased. In general, items weighting 4.0 lbs or less ship with USPS. Items weighting more than 4.0 lbs ship with UPS.
What are your shipping and handling charges?
We are charging a flat fee of $6.99 per order.
How soon do you ship my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed after 12pm Pacific Time are usually processed the next business day.
Do you ship to addresses other than my address?
Yes, for your convenience, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. Just complete the Ship To and Bill To sections of the order accordingly.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We ship only to the 48 states. We do not ship outside of the United States.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
We only retain a certain amount of inventory at a time. If an item that you ordered is out of stock, it will be automatically back-ordered. You will be informed of the projected shipping date of the back-ordered item.

Order Process
How does your shopping cart work?
You may add merchandise to your shopping cart from individual product pages using the Add to Cart button. To see the items in your shopping cart you may click on View cart and make any modifications. You can then either Continue Shopping, or begin the Checkout Process.
Is it safe and secure to order online?
Absolutely. ProNutrition4U uses 128-bit encryption key over Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to provide the highest level of security and privacy. SSL provides encryption between web browsers and web servers. At the 128 bit level, cryptographers consider this encryption based on the RSA algorithm, impossible to crack. A VeriSign Certificate gives customers the confidence to transact online.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Orders being delivered in California will be charged a sales tax of 7.75%.
What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master and Discover Card. You may use your credit card and order Online or over the phone. You will receive an e-mail informing you that your credit card has been accepted. If there is a problem charging your card, we will contact you.
How will I know that my order went through?
Please be sure you follow the instructions all the way to the end in the Checkout system. At the end you will be shown a receipt or order form which we strongly recommend you to print out and keep it for your records. For online credit card order, you will shortly thereafter be automatically sent an e-mail to the address shown on your order, confirming that your order has been placed and will be processed in the next few days.

Return Policy
What is your return policy?
Prior authorization is required for all returns. We can not accept returns once merchandise has been opened.
How can I return unopened items?
Contact us via e-mail or phone to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You may return an unopened item in its original condition* for a refund or credit within 30 days from shipping. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. You will be credited for the original amount less restocking fee. You will not be refunded for shipping unless the return is due to our error. You must write the Return Authorization number on your package. All returns should be accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt packing slip and must be returned within the 30 day time period. After your return has been received it will take a few days to process. If you originally ordered using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account. If you paid with check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. As an option, you may also apply the credit to your account with us to be used toward future purchases. Credits for returns are subject to our acceptance of the condition of the product returned. A Return Authorization Number is not a guarantee that a credit will be issued.
What if I received a damaged shipment?
If you receive a damaged shipment, please immediately contact Velikov Export Import at (909) 268-0702 Monday – Friday 9AM – 6PM Pacific Time. All damaged packages shipped via U.P.S. must be inspected by U.P.S. before being sent back to Velikov Export Import. After contacting us, we will notify U.P.S. on your behalf, so they may come to your location and inspect the damaged package.
*Original Condition: Nutritional products are susceptible to damage from heat and cold. Bottles that have suffered heat damage will often have a wrinkled label and the bottle will expand. It is very apparent when a bottle has been exposed to too much heat. If we receive returned products with this type of evident damage, we will be unable to issue a credit, even if you have received a Return Authorization Number. We appreciate your understanding about this policy.
